Pros

Honestly the NICEST company in the industry. Like suspiciously nice. 2 years in and I’m still trying to work out where they hide the toxic people. Really just a great place to come and do your best work and collaborate with true professionals. I literally still pinch myself that I found such a great company and team. Juniper is increasingly being recognised for our strategy and solutions in cloud networking. We have made some smart acquisitions over the last two years that have given us a lot to talk about. The focus on employee wellbeing is phenomenal. Regular global wellness days and unlimited access to Task Human 1:1 coaching have helped me improve health and maintain balance. Rami is an inspiring CEO who sets a great tone across the business.

Cons

Though this is hands down the best place I have worked, of course no where is perfect. Sometimes juniper feels bigger than it’s size and the distance between the E level and the field can feel wider than it should. It does feel like we have gone a little further than needed with process, approval paths and bureaucracy but it’s a recognised and acknowledged issue and steps are being taken and hires have been made to get us out of our own way so we can more quickly reach the ambitious goals we have set.

Pros

Benefits, Work Life Balance, Fantastic office environment

Cons

SE leadership provides zero value and leadership. Product and code issues plague what is a fantastic product portfolio but also lacks vision. CEO has never worked for another organisation and lacks broader industry experience.

Pros

My peers seemed to get by without doing anything? so if you want to hide, queue up behind the line.

Cons

Fired people because of personality issues - local and senior Management is absolutely in the cloud.. one of those "how did that person get that job" kind of environments - always in decline .. for a AI company, probably should have asked "whats wrong with Juniper" .. great tech although seems Juniper are focusing on Enterprise which they are competing with Aruba and Cisco who own 80% market share. Anyway, a lot of strategy based on 2016 concepts but.. good luck..
