Pros

- You sometimes see celebrities and athletes. - Employees sometimes get goodies from celebrities and big companies. - When pilots accidentally leave catering for their flight, the line guys and customer service people can consume it. - There are many underpaid employees that have been with the company for many years that will help guide you at your job, and I'm not talking about management. - The owner gives everyone a Christmas bonus, not a lot but something. - They have 401k even for part-time employees.

Cons

- Favoritism at it's finest. - If you're not white, you won't get far. True Story! - Low pay with no benefits. They don't promote employees to full time so they won't have to pay health benefits. - There's no career growth in this company. Also, it's not what you know, it's who you know, to even be promoted to full time. - They promote the lazy people rather than the actual people that work. - Too much DRAMA! - Too much POLITICS! - The previous lady from Human Resource is so unprofessional, she was not supposed to disclose the confidential exit interview I had with her but she told the manager I was working with at that time, and it is not in a way to make the situation and system better but as a juicy gossip! Unbelievable! - The managers need to be a good role model to other employees but everyone that worked with her/ him can vouch for the fact that she's lazy and 80% of the time, she actually doesn't work. Instead, they are on their phone's playing games or on their social media and watching videos. - 60% of the line guys and customer service that works here hates their job. - You pretty much train yourself for the job since there are very little to no training at all when you work here, you learn as you go that's why people make so many mistakes. - There's no culture here. - This place can be really really toxic to employees. To a point that it's bad for your health. - You have to remind management about your review, but when you get it really doesn't even have a big impact on your pay. - They have don't have incentives for employees.

Pros

A lot of downtime, the work isn’t necessarily “hard”, fun people to work with, managers are lenient, good hours, tips.

Cons

The work isn’t evenly distributed! It’s always the same people doing all the work! Every other department relies on line service and at times becomes very annoying! Especially the flight attendants who restock the airplanes. They will make you do it for them even though it is technically their job! Certain managers here are rarely at work so it is hard at times to get into contact with them. I am one who does not like to be bothered on my day off so I don’t understand why they can call me on my days off but when I try to call them they don’t answer. Managers will threaten to fire people if they do not follow the rules or company policies yet some people get away with everything. You can be late for 20 years and nothing will happen. Some workers here are ALWAYS on their phone! Whether it is busy or not one person should not be allowed to be on their phone for 8 hours playing games! 5 people are on the phone all day while 3 other people are doing all the work, THIS IS A PROBLEM! I was guilty of being on my phone too much at times as well but I still did everything that needed to get done. There is way too much drama for no reason. Some people here cannot take constructive criticism so there is no other way to share your opinion. You’re voice will not be heard here! HR does not do anything! They will share private information of disclosed conversations! There are no designated lunches in most of the shifts, supervisors can care less if you take a mandated 30 minute break! The training here is just as bad. I worked almost every single shift but the morning shift is definitely out of control. I was sent on tasks that I was not sure how to do and when I brought it to the supervisors attention he told me just try and if I had any questions to call him on the radio. Great training! Working for this department in this location has put a bad name to aviation. There’s only a hand full of people that actually care about aviation and are wanting to learn more about it. Everyone else can care less and are only here for the paycheck.
