Kamstrup has a technical product portfolio made by engineers, but customers are not technical. The majority of people do not understand this. People spend most of time aguring for their believes instead of being data and customer driven. Therefore a lot of time is spends in meeting rooms discussing who is right. Great potential, however very low retention- never experienced so many people leaving. Ask for their ENPS or rentention - If you consider to work there
