Pros

Career Growth: Career advancement is impossible due to a political and backstabbing culture. Value: You are treated as a disposable number, not a person, and can be replaced instantly. Environment: Complaining is pointless as the culture is broken and management refuses to listen or change. Compensation: The pay is extremely low for the high workload, and the bonus is made unreachable by impossible targets. Culture: Management ignores all issues unless they affect revenue, job security is zero, and you can be fired for minor mistakes. Politics: If you resign, you cannot be rehired unless you have personal connections, promoting internal politics over merit.

Cons

The frontline and junior-level staff are supportive and good to work with
