NEVER take a job in sales as they will take away your commission, get in the way of deals, not trust you, change your comp plan. CEO is a first time founder and focused too much on product. No distribution, No demand engine, No future. Last of all, they are backed by Insight Partners which is going to slow down funding.

Your job generally, no matter what function, is to execute on a very specific vision from the c-suite that is not communicated, making it extremely easy to action “incorrectly”. There’s no room for innovation, as you have to execute on one person’s vision at all times. There is also an extreme level of micromanagement that comes from the c-suite, as you can see touched upon in other reviews. Values of “work-life balance” are tossed around but not truly instilled in the company – you will receive messages all hours. People are uncomfortable voicing concerns or feedback. If you go against the grain, you will feel repercussions.
