Cons
Pay close attention to the 5-star reviews and their timing. Look at when they were posted in relation to each other and in relation to less-than-perfect reviews. Either this review will be take down or a new glowing review will pop up soon. So you can add dishonesty and sneakiness to the cons, I guess. Also major cons: a deep breakdown of trust between management and employees, management will promise a lot and repeatedly fail to follow through, gaslighting is common, and the culture (whether intentional or from management's disinterest) is mean-spirited and internally competitive. Pay is about market for a firm of its size, but not for the quantity and quality of work demanded. Finally, "taking a chance" on people sometimes means throwing them into situations they're not ready for and not providing support or training. Most turnover has been due to this. Just don't bother. You can get better pay, similar experience, and better treatment somewhere else.
