      Pros

      People here are really friendly and can go easy on you at work. Management also respects your personal life (which is not very popular here around Cairo). Here, you can learn and grow easily with more access to other teams and the company's growth.

      Cons

      There's sometimes a lack of guidance in some areas as well as some rapid changes to plans that may cause you frustration if you prefer to work in a less changing environment.
