      Flexible work hours An interesting and technically challenging set of products

      Cons

      Leadership constantly allowed poor performing departments off the hook. Key deadlines constantly missed with no repercussions, forcing Operations into constant expedite and recovery mode. This severely burnt-out employees and placed departments in conflict.
