Pros
Kuli Kuli is still a start up so you get to learn a lot from different business aspects. Small team but coworkers are willing to help each other and they are all very nice people and genuinely care about the company.
Cons
The pay isn't great and it is a lot of hard work to explain to people what kind of product it is, definitely not a product that is easy to sell.

Kuli Kuli is a great place for earlier stage CPG professionals to gain valuable experience. As a small agile team Kuli Kuli provides a lot of opportunities for leadership, particularly for those interested in building B-Corps and sustainable supply chains.
Cons
Kuli Kuli is still in the start up stage and there can be a lot of chaos that comes with that.
