I was part of the pioneering HR team during the factory setup, and it was a truly fulfilling experience. Had the opportunity to recruit manpower from the ground up — a great learning journey. Strong support from HQ and other factories made the startup process smooth and collaborative. My GM, direct superior, and colleagues were all very kind, helpful, and respectful — which made day-to-day work enjoyable. Free meals provided daily at the canteen — really appreciated this benefit. Despite the factory being far from home, the smooth, jam-free commute made the journey enjoyable.
