Pros

Some coworkers are great to work with.

Cons

No communication. Everything is old school. People’s egos get in the way. For a paper-based facility, they don’t have enough “high-volume” copier machines. They pile on too much work on everyone and won’t hire more people. No appreciation from the higher ups. They all talk to you like you don’t know how to do your job properly. There’s A LOT of favoritism here and unnecessary drama.

Pros

Endless overtime and making money if that's all you care about.

Cons

This place takes advantage of hard working employees especially those that don't speak up and never complain. You really have to be vocal and aggressive to be respected. They fire many employees that are hardworking for certain things while covering mistakes for other employees. If you're kind, respectful, and sincere this is not the place for you. You've got to know how to cover your back, lie, and most of all never do work that others aren't willing to do. The CEO doesn't care enough to address short-staffing and places patients in units they don't belong in. Many people don't care about the job but if you're friends with the higher ups , it really doesn't matter :)
