Pros
Excellent surgeon and experienced in his profession. Trust him completely for his medical professionalism and training. Volunteers several times a year to third world countries to do free surgery and care.
Cons
Lacks compassion for his employees and is somewhat aloof. Has a bad habit of being condescending when speaking to you. Does not conduct annual evaluations and has not given a raise (to my knowledge) for over five years. Very poor communication of changes to policy or procedures. States the door is always open for discussion, but most everyone knows that this is not the case. He is unapproachable.
