I couldn't sleep properly, There was no plan for next 6 -12 months. There was no respect given to me or any other employee. CTO seemed mentally unable most times. All 3 co founders won't even get jobs as product engineers themselves outside. I have worked with better engineers than the founders in my previous organisations. I left the job in a few months. Worst decision of my entire career to join.
