-Traditional company that abhor remote work/wfh arrangements even in pandemic times
-Traditional mindset of overtime = good employees
-Never walk the talks but expect employees to do so
-Delaying official contract right after probation, could be few months if never remind them.
-Overpromise and hardly fulfill it
-Berate you if you take 14 days of MC even though it is your entitlement by MOM
-Expect you to work even when you MC
-No work-life balance or work-life harmony
-Too many WhatsApp groups
- Leave and other employment benefits are too stingy
-So much more cons waiting for you to find out if you join the company.
Anyway, it's a SME so please adjust your expectation when joining them.
