Pros
- The company can pay you better than what you will get at any other organisation at the same profile. - If you are willing to work night and day, you can get a good rise after one year.
Cons
- Biggest problem is the work culture in the company. Employees are put under constant pressure to work more. - Being abused and shouted upon by the top management is a regular thing for the people. - Saturday and Sunday are weekly offs but you can be expected to work any/every weekend. - Almost every employee who decided to leave the company, left with a very bad taste as their notice period and relieving process was made difficult for them. - Because of all this employees here looks at the horizon of maximum 1-2 years in the company.
