Pros

Upper management is in Clearwater and Orando

Cons

Tom promises the world while paying way below industry standard on commissions. They are at a mere 2% when average staffing firms are at 7-9% and good staffing firms are at 10%+. They pay their recruiters $12-$14 per hour where other firms start at a $40k base. No PTO, no retirement plan, no database, no linkedin access... it's a joke really. There is not a separate website for the FT Lauderdale branch, no online job postings on the website or ability for online applications. Everything is PAPER like it's 1990! This firm is good for the amateur that lives at home with their parents and is not looking for serious income potential. Also I was warned from two previous employees that they do not pay on owed commissions which I just experienced first hand. The FT Lauderdale office is infested with caterpillars they are in the lights, on the floors, crawling on the walls, they get into your bags and come home with you! The office looks like a broke down trailer and is embarrassing even for the light industrial world. In Tom's words "I am happy to get a year out of a recruiter" they do not invest in talent the invest in cheap which is why I moved on with a real firm, because I am too talented to waste another moment here.

Pros

Coworkers i met and worked with.

Cons

Everything else! No structure cant take vacation how you want. You have to take two days with the weekend to extend it. Only 5 days a year. No benefits. they dont tell u how comission is calculated or print a report of sales. Worked overtime everyday almost no pay! They paint a beautiful picture dont fall for it! Easy job room for growth flexible all lies. No enough employees too much work, depressing office. No structure! They dont care about their employees. Thank god i left that hole!

Pros

The only "pros" about working for level resources were only the actual employees. I feel sorry for them because the recruiters can make so much more money in a more professional office elsewhere.

Cons

- 5 days vacation a year (that includes sick days)... and you can't take consecutive days either - No commission structure, current employees don't really know how much they will get (if any). So, how do they gauge performance? Easy, They don't.... - Sales is extremely unprofessional an disorganized. When a job order comes in, the simple questions aren't answered - There is absolutely no training... I have seen the new hires, You are expected to know everything about staffing in a few weeks. How do you expect anyone to do their job correctly. No wonder the turnover is so high. - The process of hiring someone to go to a client is just shady. It just makes you feel like you're at a flea market pretending to be a high end mall. I worked here for 6 months and at both offices (Tampa and Orlando... This applies to both). NO ONE is happy. EVERYONE is looking for work elsewhere.
