Pros
Lexicon goes above and beyond to look after their people and there is lots of support from all levels of the business. When there is a challenge during a project it's refreshing to see the leadership team put the interests of their people first. The People Experience team do an awesome job at onboarding and culture activities. There is a friendly and fun vibe to the office as well as lots of nice snacks, free lunches, and drinks (inc. bottomless kombucha). Everyone I've met so far has been super helpful and collaborative. What I like the most about working here is the absence of egos despite roles, titles or expertise. There's a strong sense of humility which extends to how we approach working with customers. Lexicon has long-standing relationships with their customers, and are well known for engineering quality and lean agile delivery. Finally, the work/life balance is awesome - at 5pm it's more common to see beers in people's hands rather than a laptop.
Cons
There are some growing pains which are typical for a business that has scaled so quickly. However, there is a collective ambition amongst senior management to address these challenges.

Pros
- Fun and friendly people to work and hang out with everyday - Massively stocked pantry and fridge - Large allowance ($3K) for skilling up - Hackathons and game jams
Cons
- Some of the clients are quite difficult to work with - Due to market recessions, a lot of clients withdrew their contracts so number of clients were limited - In the middle of an M&A right now, will not be Lexicon by mid next year

Pros
You'll be hard pressed to find a better bunch of people to work with. Food, snacks and drinks provided in the offices regular events organised. Games nights, team quizzes, meetups just to name a few able to WFH, able to come into the office
Cons
had to think long and hard about this one. Can get a little noisy in the office at times so best to book and jump into a meeting room if in a call.
