Extremely Unprofessional Marketing Team & Unhealthy Environment

Cons
1) Can avail earned leaves after one year of employment which means that you have only 10-12 leaves in the year you join. 2) Salary gets credited on or after 7th of every month. 3) Policies are not employee friendly. 4) Unprofessional, immature, and unruly marketing team. 5) Weak and ineffectual leadership. 6) Absence of discipline 7) No PoSH (Policy on Prevention of sexual harassment). 8) Bullying, fat-shaming, regional shaming, linguistic shaming (basically any form of shaming) is rampant in the marketing team. 9) Alternate Saturdays working. 10) All official communication takes place on WhatsApp, despite the fact that they follow work from office mode. One is added to multiple groups and at any given day be ready to get 200-300 irrelevant messages. 11) Head HR is very rude, super-manipulative, and unhelpful. 12) The environment in general is pretty unwelcoming and not at all inclusive.
