Pros

You get get to the 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off schedule. On your 2 weeks off you get paid your 40hrs each week.

Cons

Don't miss out on your 1st or last day of work because you won't get paid your weeks off. They say they are flexible but not really. They don't really work with you if some thing comes up. They move up there favorites up quicker and better pay. They tell you some good things in the interview but they don't always come thru.

Pros

Pay - at or above the average salary for a software engineer PTO - unlimited (for software roles at least) Schedule - entire company operates on a 9/80 schedule where 9 days (over 2 weeks) are worked as 9 hour days, and every other Friday is off

Cons

Popularity - success at this company is greatly influenced by who you know and how well you get along with those above you Koolaid - Liberty has a "frat" culture where drinking (at company events or even at lunch) is encouraged, and if you don't fit that mold, others are sure to notice Direction - the software development effort is very fledgling. In part due to a senile industry and shackled by software they use from other company acquisitions, development is slow, buggy, and not clearly directed.
