      - Fun to work with colleagues, making work bearable. - On-time salary, and understandable HR portal system. - There are a lot of things you can learn on. - Sense of urgency

      - High attrition rate due to colleagues - Backstabbing is a culture. - Gives you a massive workload with unjustifiable deadlines.
