Pros
Being a start-up, you will be able to dip your toes in a lot of different facets of the business which is great as a stepping stone for other opportunities. The product is unique if you are interested in healthcare tech or medicine. With that being said, there are better options for employment in Santa Barbara.
Cons
With a cool platform, awesome location, and casual atmosphere, OB could have been a great place to work. Unfortunately, "leadership" is extremely toxic and promotes an environment of constant stress and demoralization from the top down. Lack of processes and ever shifting company goals fostered a workplace of constant fire drills, micromanagement, and disparaging or hostile comments from "leadership" to employees.
