Number one, I feel valued. My successes are acknowledged. The whole company is comprised of very smart and competent professionals. The environment has challenged me to elevate my skills and grow professionally. A lot of areas to independently work on new and exciting projects.
Cons
Some Processes in the company are still developing. I get to work on some exciting implementations. But, my role isn’t necessarily an easy plug and play.
