Great divide between Melb & Syd No gym, no bar, no beer points Not family friendly at all made redundant not long after having 3rd child Feels like it's a company going around in circles without having the bravery to make some really tough decisions Senior people protecting own interests and deferring responsibility Desire to place people in positions they need rather than where they want to be Too many people involved in making simple decisions Too slow to move from a decision to implementation Far too much power wielded by People & Culture in an extremely bloated and ineffective department

Pretend to care about culture/mental health but work people to the bone under guise of ‘development opportunity’, bad career progression, upper management (some) treat people poorly. No job security because they are constantly changing structures and making people redundant. Overall felt used.
