      Pros

      Flexible working times atleast in some projects. Good for employees not preferring any career growth and need free times

      Cons

      Lots and lots. You can hear a lots of FAKE promises from your starting and it continues.Lots of internal politics. No career growth, they just bounce us through projects or technologies. No annual bonus or salary increment. Never treats employees equally. HR teams just lie openly. You keep hearing the word growth a lot of times, but u won't. Hardworks not counted there. And list continues

      Pros

      Work From Home option 5 to 8% annual hike Good and honest employees. Service based company

      Cons

      No project for Java developers. Only Support projects here with night shifts. Cannot take earned / privileged leaves as weekends also work hours. Pager duty calls kills employee routine, if unattended leads to extreme escalation. Micro management at its worst. No proper employee management or employee feedback collection. HR and Talent Acquisition is simply focused on branding and recruitment and not bothered about employee concerns or project work environment. 24/7 work schedule so if onsite not available, offshore needs to handle onsite hours. Onsite opportunities are very rare. Managers are tricky and selfish and support favoritism Still using outdated technologies with older java version but always fakes recruitment aad with java microservices Company has no hold over Client to update Legacy systems or to create new billing accounts. Since most account billings are Production Support, daily production issues need to be addressed in long and lengthy bridge calls. Management still believe in paid promotions like GPTW and boost freshers to write 5 star glassdoor reviews.

So, we would be very keen to learn more about what specifically transpired and how did you come about feeling shortchanged. By your understanding of what it is we do, I believe you could be a fresher/new joinee and that could be one of the reasons why you don’t have a clear understanding of what it is that we do as a company and what it is that we do for our employees, nevertheless we are truly sorry if you didn't get a chance to come to know about the pathbreaking work we do or for that matter the kind of work we do with 'Java Microservices'. While some cite ignorance to be bliss, I also understand how in this case one might feel on the contrary. But irrespective, we really like to see this addressed, so if you're able, could you please feel free to either use the 'Voice Your Noise' feature over our club portal that empowers all employees at any point in time to raise a concern and see it addressed in less than a fortnight. Or you could also contact the location HR to discuss anytime. We wish you only the best and hope you soon realize the great lengths we go to, just to make each Litmus7ite special. Again, sorry you feel this way!
