      Pros

      There are no pros. Pay is straight commission. They will make the job seem amazing during the interview. But don't let them fool you, you will be out walking door to door.

      Cons

      Don't be fooled, this job is door to door sales. If you enjoy that, great. If not, this is not the place you want to work.

      Pros

      When you go into the interview they promise you a salary that gets increased at the 3 and 6 month period. Company is pitched as the "#1 Marketing Group in the US"

      Cons

      They will expedite the interview process so you do not have enough time to fully research the company. After making an offer, they ask you to start the next day. On your first day you find out that the "Outside Sales Representative" position is just a door to door sales job for the "client" team you work on. Like the guy below says, do a whois look up on this company and the owner has all his information privately stored.

      Pros

      In any normal circumstance we are encouraged that "the sky is the limit". However, we at LUX MGT believe the Sky is holding us back. We set our sights higher than the average firm. We strive for perfection with higher standards and deliver exceptional relations to our consumers and our clients.

      Cons

      There's only one con working for this company... it's deciding whether you want to make 100k or 6 figures. The reality of this job is just that. Lux is about the opportunity and the pay comes with it.
