Only passable as a stepping stone for better opportunities elsewhere but a glass-ceiling for the true experts & leaders.
Cons
TLDR Go elsewhere as soon as hitting the glass ceiling, don't get drawn in for the long haul to even attempt to break that! Downplay achievements to avoid paying market rate. Inability to separate the wheat from the chaff unless a PhD from the University of Manchester, in which case would be smooth sailing even if clueless. Don't be surprised to have your wings clipped for flexing business leadership beyond the grasp of tunnel-visioned management.
