      It’s a great place to work, but also expects high quality delivery of outcomes. Must be self-motivated and passionate about mental health.

      Lots of pivots, sometimes bureaucratic and moving targets.

      From great to terrible

      Pros

      It used to be such a wonderfully chill workplace. That ended in November.

      Cons

      Providers are now required to see an unreasonable number of clients for less money. Now it is a therapy factory. They don't care if their employees are happy or leave, as long as profits increase.
