      Very few pros that I can think of.

      Cons

      A truly awful company who hide behind successes of the past. A toxic work environment where bullying and gas lighting are rife. I couldn’t wait to leave and many people there are unhappy but for some reason scared to criticise.

      Was an okay place to work until the end of 2019... then it went rapidly downhill. Its like working in a prison

      The atmosphere is awful, and the pay is atrocious. Minimum wage for producing precision parts for major aerospace companies.
