Many are underpaid and a few are overpaid Toxic environment, a lot of throwing others under to get ahead Many staff members cry at work, that it is considered normal

I was offered employment as a graphic designer and resigned from my highly successful and well paid position for this role. Within two months I was notified my design role is no longer needed and my employment is now ceased immediately. No warning, no conversation, no regard that I am now unemployed and without an income. They basically trialled if they needed a third designer, realised they didn’t and let me go. Absolutely poor form and a disgrace that this company thinks this behaviour is ok and have such low value and work ethics.
