Working under the current general manager felt like psychological warfare. The environment was dominated by fear, manipulation, and constant aggression. Instead of fostering growth or collaboration, leadership thrived on intimidation and micromanagement. The GM’s behavior was unprofessional and mentally exhausting, creating a culture where burnout and anxiety were the norm. Talented people don’t last here — they either quit or get pushed out. Proceed with caution.
