Cons
Personal development budgets that were promised upon hiring were 'put on hold' indefinitely. Paychecks were not always paid on time. Though not an overtly sexist work environment, female employees are regulated to assistant, part-time, junior and mid-level positions. At the time of writing this, senior management is made up of 17 men, and 0 women.
