Supportive marketing team that encourages creativity and provides full guidance, especially helpful for new joiners Strong HR support, timely salary payments, and thoughtful women-centric benefits (like early leave during winter evenings)

Cons

Like any growing organization, there is always scope for improving processes and alignment across teams.

Pros

Cons

Extremely high workload with no breaks. Required to work even on Sundays. No work-life balance due to constant pressure. Salaries are often delayed. Last three months' salary may not be paid if you decide to leave. The management lacks empathy for employees' well-being. Lack of appreciation for hard work and dedication. Stressful environment with constant deadlines. No support or growth opportunities provided. Feels more like a jail than a workplace.

Cons

>6 days of working >No set date for salary >They won't provide you a salary slip each month; if you ask, they'll question why >You won't receive the system right away after joining >Not many leaves are present. >Strict rules prohibiting work from home; >the worst work culture; >the majority of resignations occur during the probationary period; >you must work alone on a single project; >people don't actually work here; instead, they take credit for the hard work of others. >Employees only work here from January to March during the increment period. >Employers do not have their own exclusive employee benefits program. >Not a Mediclaim facility >There is no festival celebration just show off. >Even if they ask you to come on Sunday, they won't grant you a comp off >There is no lunch provided by the firm here >You become the company's enemy when you resign >You won't be let go before 90 days >You won't be paid for three months >It will take five to six months for them to process your FNF
