      Pros

      International company who manufacture high quality mining equipment. Overseas & UK based employees are of high caliber and very helpful. Regarding as the leader in their feild.

      Cons

      The leadership team in Australia is very poor. They are more concerned with interpersonal relationships & micromanagement. Very poor business ethos driven from the top down.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits with the chance of a good yearly bonus. Not all upper management are bad but will show resistance if you attempt to lodge a complaint against their peers.

      Cons

      The bonus will be held over your head, used to encourage unreasonable overtime hours. Incompetent upper management leading to said unreasonable hours Upper management nurture a "Us vs Them" mentality, covering one and others backs while ganging up on employees who report failings or unfair treatment with regards to other Directors.
