Pros

- Flexible & hybrid schedule

Cons

- No room for advancement; When you do have the opportunity to advance you are expected to work the responsibilities of the new role for, at minimum, a year without any pay increase. You must also test to receive the promotion and if you fail you must wait months before testing again. - Management favors specific people and they do not hide it. - Two of the more senior members on the Frontline team are allowed to be managers by proxy. One verbally harasses coworkers without consequence and the other will stalk sign in/out/lunch times and disparage you to coworkers behind your back. - Feedback from management is very inconsistent and very little follow through on their part to help you succeed in the role. - Company sends out regular emails about its strong performance but didn't receive more than a 1.75% annual increase in the 5+ years being there. - The director is focused on retiring and rarely comes into the office. In 5+ years I had more conversations with the CEO than with her. This is a great position if you are desperate for work and on the verge of homelessness, but short of that, find a place where leadership exists.
