I dont know where the company heading without having any Prior knowledge of IT .
Pros
We get Tea/Coffee/BlackTea etc on Our Table in time.
Cons
1. Electricity always gone on Every Thursday . No Solutions found. 2.Upper Management is Highly Paid with out any reason . 3. Freshers are giving more efforts .But Client don't understand .They are supposed to get solutions on same Day. Team Lead Should support to Fresher AfterAll Fresher developing everything not you instead of monitoring. 4. Due to Monitoring and Macromanagement , Pressure build up on everyone. 5.There is no stability , No Benefits for Employee,No onsite Opportunity ,No canteen, Its like Working in a room thats it. 6. Salary Structure is not defined. 7.Interviews Conducted by freshers for recruitment. Need to work on this company like a Successful Company. Highly Paid Employees of this company are no use . Company is driving from Fresher and mid level Experience Person. Don't Join Truly Recommended.
