Old fashioned, unprofessional, no staff benefits, high staff turnaround, stressful environment
Pros
Will take on people who don’t have a lot of experience which was beneficial to me I. Order to gain experience so I could go on to do better things.
Cons
Extreme nepotism, completely unprofessional. You need a very thick skin to work here and to be able to handle the horrendous behaviour and old fashioned values of the higher management. Awful pay, no benefits, high staff turnaround, stressful environment with no support. Shoddy work practices and little pride amongst anyone but the chairman who is blind sighted to the issues that are everywhere. Poor IT systems due to lack of investment, no staff development if you aren’t related to the family who run the business. No change ever happens despite the morale of the staff and customers being rock bottom.
