There is too much religion pushed in the work place. Many at the company are not interested in the company for what it does for the environment, but just the bottom line. The culture is not what you would expect for a "green" company. Some in leadership show preferences to men over women, which is concerning. Access to leaders has withered after two recent rounds of hiring. Benefits are a bit lacking in terms of health insurance, and bonuses are capped based on profit share. Little to no diversity in many departments. Scope creep is a common occurrence.

I have had a great experience with MEW, but it is a pretty christian environment and a sink-or-swim kind of workplace. Neither are bad to me, but also are not everyone's cup of tea .
