Great coworkers/culture, but senior leadership and nepotism hold the company back
Pros
Smaller teams were a pleasure to work with—amazing people who supported each other, plenty of room for personal skillset growth, culture team did a great job with events, and the work-life balance was generally respected by most teams (except senior), great location for the office
Cons
Heavy nepotism, disorganization and micromanagement in terms of communication and meetings, project discussions were made without the involvement from the project leads themselves, pay disparities with unequal compensation for the same role, limited opportunities for internal career advancement, senior team tended to favor certain individuals (often implementing ideas only when suggested by those select few, even if others had raised the same points). Don't expect to hear from your manager directly - their message will go from them to their favorite in the office to another favorite and then to you.
