      This company does not have any pros.

      Cons

      The owners are awful and disgusting. The don't respect employees and make your life hell. The salaries are not competitive at all and they hire you to do everything that you can inside the company. If you don't have any option come to work here but if you can at least chose, run away.

      Lack of proper guidance from managers. Employee safety and product quality are afterthoughts, the main goal is just to build fast fast fast. Very poor culture to work in
