Literally everything else. Marcus is easily the worst person i have ever met, hes a bigoted narcissist with a raging temper who verbally abuses his staff. Hes extremely homophobic and transphobic. Also racist. He will attempt to bully and intimidate anyone who doesnt worship him. Shops are either extremely understaffed or extremely overstaffed, there is almost no communication between upper management and store managers/staff and store managers/staff will be punished for not knowing things that they werent told about. Anything productive that happens at any of the shops is done in spite of or in direct opposition of Marcus because he is an incompetent and spiteful business owner. No raises or health benefits despite them being promised initially. Public health and safety concerns will go ignored for the sake of profits. Staff wellbeing will go ignored for sake of profits. Staff are not treated like human beings. You dont even get free ice cream technically, everyone takes free ice cream but you are not supposed to. Compamy culture is manipulative and abusive and has apparently only gotten worse since i left. Godspeed to everyone who still works there, yall deserve better.

Everything else. Understaffed + refuse to hire, you get insanely overworked with no recognition or compensation, they train you to suck up to customers no matter what (even if they are being completely rude or abusive), Marcus is a jerk, no communication from management, they don't care about staff. If you disagree or question with any small part of anything they do, you're labelled as a 'problematic employee' and either get made fun of/brushed off by management or straight up fired (even if you've been with the company for literal years). They act like they care about staff input and about your well-being, then will make fun of you behind closed doors. They'll guilt you into work insane hours instead of hiring more staff, and instead of acknowledging how inappropriate their practices are or offering a raise or compensation, the managers will just offer to doordash/skipthedishes a meal to you as a thanks for working so hard (yes, this was literally the advice of upper management to the managers on how to handle overworked staff).
