Started the role as a newly enthusiastic graduate looking to start my career and was willingly hired with no industry experience in my role, was reassured training would be provided. Starting work, I was presented with no evidence of a training plan, yet was expected to immediately know everything. No check-ins, feedback or constructive advice from a very dismissive, dishonest and unsupportive manager - alongside negative attitudes from fellow team members who did nothing to support me. They are drained zombies who did not convince me they were happy to work for this company and shockingly showed they very actively criticise management and other team members in a malicious manner- a truly toxic environment to work in. My overall experience here was soul-suckingly disappointing at best. M&M Direct are quick to hire you willingly knowing you have no experience, however, are not interested in investing time or training. They are then even quicker to drop you for not having the level of experience they were looking for. This company does not make any effort to invest in the development and well-being of its staff. If you are considering working here, don’t bother.

-Unrealistic workload, huge amount of pressures put on individuals which just piles on & on with no added benefits -Figures driven, not people driven -Poor pay, when you request a pay rise you tend to get parred off with an excuse -They would rather lose people from their team, than pay them an extra few K & go through the act of rehiring making people feel under-valued -Poor training, you just get put in and expected to know what your doing even though they know you are fresh -From high up, the attitude is 'make me money', little to no interest in indiviuals just the top filling their pockets -They don't even pay for a christmas party. There are no rewards for hard work
