Worst Job Ever

Pros

There were absolutely no pros of working here. as the review title says, working at mandoe was the worst job experience i've ever had and I couldnt get out fast enough.

Cons

Total chaos. Management just had no idea what they were doing. as other reviews have noted there was very low morale staff were treated poorly. i dont recommend this company as a good place to work

Pros

Free beers and soft drink. Small over crowded office means you are "close" to your coworkers. Simple stuff to get your head around (eg code, structure)

Cons

Management that clearly care about profits not staff or customer experience. Consumer grade products used in commercial applications never going to work well, can't imagine what price they charged customers for very cheap products. Systems and processes need much improvement.

Pros

Good people to work with, most of the people there generally care about the work they are doing.

Cons

Staff are treated pretty badly but the customers are treated worse, blame shifting is a problem some threats were made whilst i was working there.
