Pros
Give you the ability to work remote if and when applicable. Some paid holidays off and vacation time. Start up company so you are free to create your own way of doing things within your role. Brand Ambassadors appreciate what work you do to get them prepared for their in-store sampling events.
Cons
Internal communication. Family owned company, takes things personally. Misleading job post for position applied for. Did many things for the company that were not in my contract. Owner resides in California, looking to delevep a West Coast office, while the rest of the team runs the company from the East Coast office. On call every weekend without compensation. Poor follow through from management. There was not much training involved.
