"No Transparency, No Support, Pending Salary Issues"
Pros
Working with Masters India was a very unpleasant experience. The management shows no professionalism or empathy toward employees. There is no transparency in communication, and terminations are handled without proper notice or explanation. Even after serving sincerely, I was denied my pending salary for the days I worked. During a personal family crisis, instead of support or understanding, I was abruptly terminated. This clearly reflects a lack of ethics and respect for employees. An organization that cannot value its people or honor basic commitments like salary settlement does not deserve trust. I would strongly advise others to think twice before joining Masters India.
Cons
Salary not released on time / pending dues not cleared. No clarity on notice period or termination policies. Lack of empathy and support during personal/family crisis. Poor communication and unprofessional management. Employees are not valued; they are treated as replaceable. No job security, sudden termination without explanation.
