Pros
The only pro of working here is that it is in The Shard so that sounds great when you say it to others.
Cons
This is easily the worst company I have ever worked for. AVOID like the plague. Management is poor and there is an awful working atmosphere. Employees are treated like children and aren’t allowed to talk to each other. The benefits package is horrendous- you get nothing. The facilities in the office are old and worn, employees have a almost always empty biscuit tin in a kitchen the size of a large toilet to look forward to. Staff are treated with no respect. It’s a truly awful firm. I believe all the previous reviews to be false. Every department within the company is equally poor. It was a really disgusting experience working here. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
