There are toxic managers, toxic colleagues, a lot of people who do bare minimum because they can, you can’t have career development, no work place systematization, in my 2 years I got no one single € of raise.
Good teams, a safe job, bonus once per year, gym, parking space after some time.
Cons
Projects are not that interesting, technologies for backend are not that advanced. Sometimes they throw you from one project to another randomly, sometimes you dont have a project. Not a single salary increase in two years there.
