      Pros

      Phil is a great boss to work with, he is very supportive and helps me learn new skills such as Big Query, GTM serverside, GTM consent mode or how to set-up and use GA4. Also, he listens to me and tries to help me progress my career and become an industry expert. I am very happy to be working here.

      Cons

      Gym membership or Perkbox would be nice.

      - Don't always get to see the global team. But there is a team and office based in Bristol where they were founded.
