Actually hard to find one.
Cons
- Cero flexibility in working hours - You have lunch in a basement without windows - You can't use internet in your computer - You can't listen to music not even at one ear at a time - Everybody sits on the same floor with all the desks looking at front where the owner's office is, and in the fishbowl in the back the area director is observing every screen. - Management is old school and bosses in the mid levels are scared of the owners, they fear to take decissions that might not like the owners
