      unlimited overtime (meaning low staffing every shift)

      late calls every shift poor pay and benefits trucks and equipment always breaking unrealistic call turnaround times disconnect between field crews and management

      Favoritism runs rampant. Genuinely not sure how this place functions. Management has no priorities set straight. Trucks are breaking down all the time and from what I hear communications is ran like a total mess.
