Pros

Collaborative workplace and you can get support from your supervisors as long as you know how to escalate and communicate properly. Demographic is 20s to 30s. There are usually office events every now and then too.

Cons

Pay and benefits could be better. It's a startup so everything's relatively fast-paced, which could be a con for some but can be a good challenge if you're the kind of person they're looking for. YMMV.

Pros

Taking time off and utilizing your leave is encouraged, provided you ensure proper handover of your tasks. This is a great training opportunity for recent graduates, as supervisors are hands-on and offer plenty of learning experiences. Additionally, the pay for fresh graduates is relatively competitive compared to other companies.

Cons

As a growing company, the environment is fast-paced, and you must stay adaptable to the ongoing changes as processes continue to be refined.

Pros

There’s no time-in and time-out for coordinator position and above but at the same time, no over time pay so kinda cons.

Cons

Exploitation at its finest. At first, I’m in awe of their management since most of their employees are young but it’s a red flag. Since they’re young, they don’t have enough experience especially their HR employees—they’re very loud during work and always responding late to the querries of their employees. Also, their HR employees are not inconsistent to what they are saying whenever I ask them regadring something. They have many hr so I don’t know why they are not working as a team idk. Very magulo the system. Their position/ranking or even their promotion are laughable. Low salary so I guess that’s why they’re hiring young people. Manager is bias. Supervisor is bias. Supervisor is not good at his/her team I guess bc of his/her lack of experience. Overall, they are not so good company if your goal/want are growth and competitive working environment. There’s also a school discrimination. If they know that you came from great and expensive school they will put you in higher position even if you’re only fresh grad. Racism is also present—if you half/whole chinese in your bloodline and you’re rich, and came from a great school, you will be put also in higher position (maybe officer or associate manager lol, or even manager) lol.

Pros

Ontime salary Supervisor support Open for fresh grads

Cons

EXTREME micromanagement. You don't hear many praises but crucify you to death if a mistake was done through weekly meetings Low salary Honestly compared to other companies offering higher salary with WFH set up, starting and regularization salary here is a lot lower Claims to have good benefits but for a company that's in the healthcare industry, their benefits aren't too competitive The usual 13th month pay (which is given between two moths), barely even calling it a benefit since it is required by law, a low HMO offer, and very rare promotion opportunities, and a coupon for medicines that's only available at the website and is given every three months. When you ask for a raise or promotion, they make you feel like you have to save a life before earning it
